- The placement of the words "the mix show" is different.
- I think that the reason for changing the placement of the words is that they weren't visible enough when they were a part of the record. putting the words in the front of the djs table helped them stand out.

principles of design
Design: the
principles and elements
Design:
·
Design elements are the basic units of a visual
image
·
The principles of design govern the relationship
of the elements used and organize the composition as a whole
Design elements
·
Space: can exist in 2 or 3 dimensions. Can be
positive or negative. Can also refer to elements in the foreground mid or
background.
·
Line: Use line to write, illustrate and more.
·
Color: Can be used for many different things:
convey emotion etc.
·
Shape: What helps us identify and create links
in our minds. Geometric and organic. Can convey information.
·
Texture: Can be implied. Can be actual texture
·
Value: Helps convey the illusion of death. Light
and dark areas.
Design principles
·
Unity: creates a sense of order, a consistency
in a size and shape. Proximity can create a sense of unity and can also show a
lack of unity.
·
Variety: It’s good to have variety
·
Repetition
·
Harmony: When things are in their place and it
looks like they are meant to be there. Everything fits in.
·
Proximity:
Things need to be aligned right. Most important info to least important
info. So that the human eye only has to go to one or two places to get the
information the reader needs.
·
Proportion: things should be in proportion. Can
convey a lot. Changes the relation of the elements in our design.
·
Functionality: Does design serve a purpose?
